Recently, Kailai Machinery received an order from a customer for deep drawing of aluminum products. After research by the technical team, it finally completed the upgrade of deep drawing technology for aluminum products, further improving product quality and production efficiency, and injecting new impetus into the mechanical processing industry.

 

In the automotive, electronics and other industries, aluminum products are widely favored by customers due to their excellent lightweight and corrosion resistance. As the key to the forming of aluminum products, the deep drawing process plays a decisive role in product performance. However, due to the poor ductility of aluminum, deep drawing has always been the biggest difficulty hindering the wider application of aluminum.

Kailai Machinery has invested a lot of manpower and resources to research and optimize the deep drawing technology of aluminum products. After research by technical personnel, Kailai Machinery abandoned the previous single processing technology and adopted a composite process of top drawing + bottom spinning + mold forming, and adopted film stretching to maximize the ductility of aluminum and make aluminum deep drawing products that meet customer requirements.

 

In addition, Kailai Machinery has improved the mold design and adopted new composite materials to increase the durability of the mold by 30%, greatly reducing the replacement frequency and production costs. At the same time, by optimizing the stretching process parameters and introducing advanced automated control systems, the product accuracy was improved from ±0.2mm to ±0.1mm, the defect rate was reduced to less than 3%, and the production efficiency was increased by 20%.
